Order Processing:
- Please allow for Pre-Order garment making (up to 14 Days)
- Once All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information.
Customs and Import Duties:
- International orders may be subject to customs inspections and import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns
Each item at Holly Campbell is meticulously hand-cut and custom-made in the Leith studio.
We kindly request that you avoid impulsive purchases and ensure that you will cherish and wear the garment for years to come.
We offer exchanges on all clothing and accessories within 14 days of delivery. If you need a different size, you can return the item and we will remake or remodel it. If you love your garment but require tweaks or alterations in size, we are happy to do it for you at no extra charge.
If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please email the order number and a description or photograph of the issue for a resolution.
