9 Ravelston Court Super 8 Fashion Film

I'm thrilled to share this Super 8 fashion film—a labour of love created by an incredibly talented collaborative team. There's something magical about capturing fashion on film, and this project brought together so many creative minds to make it happen.

The film is set in the stunning mid-century home of my dear friend Kyles Dignall's late mother, who was a true fashionista in her own right. We felt honoured to film in such fabulous surroundings, amongst the elegance and character that only a space like this can offer. We also shot at Club ABC, a truly unique, hand-crafted nightclub created by artisans Richard Anstice and Oli Debenham. It was a fleeting moment in time—a space that captured something special and ephemeral.

Laura Meek directed and shot both the film and stills, while model Yasmine Aziz brought the collection to life with grace and presence. Julie Mcguire created beautiful hair styling, and Mairi Gordon's makeup work added the perfect finishing touch. I was fortunate to borrow exquisite jewellery from Grainne Morton, which added that extra sparkle and magic to every frame.

Both Laura Meek and Esteban Versace composed a unique soundtrack for the film.

Behind the scenes, my husband Richard Mclelland was instrumental in keeping everything running smoothly, while Kyles Dignall and Catriona MacTavish sourced the most wonderful vintage props that elevated the entire aesthetic. This film truly wouldn't have been possible without each and every one of these talented collaborators.
